XO61 Happiness with Aristotle

Full description
Happiness with Aristotle (New York: G.P. Putnam’s Sons Books for Young Readers, 2020)
Penn Libraries, Kislak Center for Special Collections, Rare Books and Manuscripts
The board book series Big Ideas for Little Philosophers introduces very young children to philosophical ideas such as kindness, love, equality, truth, imagination, and, of course, happiness. Each title focuses on the views of a particular philosopher who wrote on the idea being explored, in this case Aristotle, who was interested in discovering what makes for a happy life.
“A philosopher is a person who loves wisdom. Wisdom means knowing things that help you live better and be happy.”
