Editor-in-Chief: Oonjee Oh, MSN, RN

Oonjee Oh is a PhD candidate at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, also pursuing a dual degree in Master of Bioethics. Her research focuses on palliative and end-of-life care in the space of dementia. She aims to support both the persons with dementia and their family caregivers as they transition to hospice care. Her main methodological interests are in qualitative and mixed methods research. She is also interested in exploring the role of artificial intelligence in end-of-life decision-making and caregiver support. She seeks to apply a bioethics lens to integrate technology into palliative and end-of-life care. Oonjee earned her BSN and MSN degrees at Seoul National University, South Korea.

Editor-Elect: Lakshmi Prasanna Markonda, MSN, RN

Lakshmi Prasanna Markonda, MSN, RN, is a PhD Candidate in Nursing Science at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing with over 13 years of experience as a neonatal and pediatric nursing educator and clinician, including specialized work in neonatal intensive care, donor human milk banking, and postnatal lactation counseling. Her research examines the sociocultural and structural determinants of breastfeeding effectiveness, with a focus on human milk biology, biomarkers, and epigenetic mechanisms shaping maternal and infant health outcomes. She has served as an Editorial Fellow for MCN and currently serves as Editorial Elect for JNDSS and Newsletter Editor for ISRHML's Trainee Interest Group, advancing precision lactation science and evidence-based maternal-child health practice.

Editor-Elect: Domenique Villani, MPH, BSN, RN

Domenique Villani is a PhD student and pre-doctoral fellow in the Center for Health Outcomes and Policy Research at the University of Pennsylvania where she is completing training in health services research and implementation science. She earned her BSN in 2012 from Villanova University and her MPH in 2023 from Virginia Tech with dual concentrations in infectious disease and public health education.

Editorial Assistant: Quynh-Anh Nguyen

Quynh-Anh Nguyen is a junior at the University of Pennsylvania. Her interest in healthcare began at the bedside, working as a CNA in assisted-living and long-term care settings, and grew through her work as a policy advocate for the Alzheimer's Association in Colorado. Outside of her school, she enjoys volleyball, crocheting, and reading.
